FOURTH WALL PRODUCTIONS IS AWARDED 501(c)3 STATUS

CLEVELANDER'S NEWEST THEATRE COMPANY OFFICIALLY A NON-PROFIT

(October, 2007) Fourth Wall Productions has been given official Non-Profit Status by the Internal Revenue Service, and is starting to collect donations from private individuals, and grant-giving entities.

One of Cleveland's newest (if not the newest) theatre companies filed their 1023 paperwork earlier this year, and have been told they now can say they were tax-exempt from their Incorporation Date (October 4th, 2006). They will be tax exempt until the year 2011.
